તમારો ગુજરાતી/હિંદી પ્રશ્ન અંગ્રેજી લિપીમાં લખવો (ધારો કે “maro prashna chhe ke”), ગૂગલ ગુજરાતી ફોંટ (ધારો કે “મારો પ્રશ્ન છે કે.) અથવા અંગ્રેજીમાં ( ધારો કે “ my question is…”) મોકલવો. PDF ફોર્મેટમાં અથવા સ્કેન (scan) કરીને પ્રશ્ન ન મોકલવા.

• જો તમારો પ્રશ્ન સિલેક્ટ થશે તો તમને એક ઇ-મેઇલ મોકલવામાં આવશે. તેમાં “conference ID” હશે જેનાથી તમે જાહેર કરેલા ટાઇમે અને તારીખે ભાગ લઇ શકશો.
• ટાઇમે જોડાવવા નમ્ર વિનંતિ છે. જ્યારે પુજ્યશ્રી તમારું નામ બોલે ત્યારે તરત પ્રતિક્રિયા આપવી. તમારો પ્રશ્ન સ્પશ્ટ રીતે અને ઊંચા અવાજે બોલવો. જ્યાં સુધી પુજ્યશ્રી તમારુ નામ ન બોલે ત્યાં સુધી તમારુ માઇક મ્યુટ(mute) રાખવું
• જો તમારી ઇંટરનેટ ખરાબ હશે તો પુજ્યશ્રી બીજા વ્યક્તિનું નામ બોલશે. માટે બધાને તૈયાર અને alert રહેવા વિનંતિ. આપનું નામ બોલાય તો તરત પ્રતિભાવ આપવા તૈયાર રહેવું.

  1)  यदि आप सत्संग में हाजिर रहने वाले हो तभी प्रश्न भेजें जिससे कि पूज्य श्री के साथ बातचीत हो।

2)  यदि आपको पूज्य श्री से प्रश्न पूछना हो तो “जूम मीटिंग एप” आपके मोबाइल, लैपटॉप, टेबलेट वगैरह में डाउनलोड करके रखें।

3) सभी से विनती है कि सिर्फ एक या दो ही प्रश्न भेजें। प्रश्नों को नीचे दिए गए ई-मेल पर भेजें [email protected] या फिर WhatsApp नम्बर +91 9328661144 पर भेजें. आपका पूरा नाम, शहर/ राज्य, ज्ञान तारीख (डेट) अवश्य लिखें।

4) आप अपना (गुजराती/ हिंदी) प्रश्न अंग्रेजी लिपि में ही लिखें (जैसे कि “मेरा प्रश्न है कि….”), गूगल गुजराती फोंट (जैसे कि “मारो प्रश्न छे के…”) अथवा अंग्रेजी में (जैसे कि ‘My question is.’) भेजें। पी.डी.एफ फॉर्मेट में अथवा स्कैन करके प्रश्न ना भेजें।

5)  यदि आपका प्रश्न सिलेक्ट हो जाएगा तो आपको एक ईमेल भेजा जाएगा। उसमें “कॉन्फ्रेंस आईडी” होगा जिससे कि आप बताए गए दिन (तारीख) और समय (टाइम) पर भाग ले सकें।

6)  सत्संग में समय पर जुड़ने की नम्र विनती है। जब पूज्यश्री आपका नाम ले तो तुरंत ही जवाब दें। आपको अपना प्रश्न ऊंची आवाज में स्पष्ट रूप से बोलना है। जब तक पूज्यश्री आपका नाम ना ले तब तक आपको अपना माइक म्यूट रखना है।

7)  यदि आपका इंटरनेट कनेक्शन खराब होगा तो पूज्य श्री दूसरे व्यक्ति का नाम बोलेंगे। इसलिए सभी को तैयार और अलर्ट रहने की विनती है। जब आपका नाम लिया जाए तो तुरंत ही जवाब देने के लिए तैयार रहें।
