We are pleased to announce the UK National Picnic with Pujyashree will be at Kew Gardens on Tuesday 16 April 2019.
Kew is London’s largest UNESCO World Heritage site combining unique landscapes and iconic architecture. It has the world’s largest collection of living plants.

Picnic: Dabba Party
Transport - the nearest Tube Station is Kew Gardens Station (District Line and Overground) and mainline station is Kew Bridge Station (South Western Rail)
There is a paid car park as well.
Meeting Point - Victoria Gate, near the Visitor Plaza
Schedule:
By 10.30am - Meet at Victoria Gate, near the Visitor Plaza. Sewarthis will be at the Tube and Train station as well as the car park entrance to direct you to the meeting point.
11.00am - option of taking the guided walking tour of Kew Gardens (this is included in the price of the entry ticket).
There is an option of pre-booking the Land Train (hop-on, hop-off service with 7 stops across the park) to get around and see the Gardens.
by 12.30pm - gather near the Great Pagoda for Dabba Picnic with Pujyashree
Please note:
1. Once you have booked your ticket, please reply to this email informing us of the number of attendees coming to the picnic.
2. All of the timings are weather dependent and subject to change!
3. Guided walking tour - groups of 15 will be formed on a first come, first group basis. These tours are conducted by Kew Gardens volunteers and not our sevarthis.
4. The Gardens are large, and to explore all the attractions you will need to walk around. Key attractions are near the Land Train stops - but you will still need to walk a little bit.
5. Please wear sturdy shoes.
6. The picnic location is not close to the car park. You will need to carry your dabbas with you so please bring these accordingly.
