This email is regarding hotel room bookings for this year Janma Jayanti in Valsad.

Please note, this is only for OVERSEAS mahatmas.

There are not many choices of good hotels in Valsad, however, we have managed to book an entire resort where we can accommodate all overseas Mahatmas.

Rooms are limited and so mahatmas are encouraged to book their rooms well in advance. 

Details are as below:

Event:  Dadashri’s 109th Janma Jayanti at Valsad 

Dates:  9th to 14th November 2016 - (check-in: 9th Nov 2016 & check-out: 15th Nov 2016)

Total six nights accommodation. 

Venue:  AXN Resort, Valsad

Accommodation:  Rooms are available for:  Single/Twin/Triple sharing basis.

Cost:  Approximately Rs.3000 per room/per night

Regardless of Single/Twin/Triple sharing basis, room rate is fixed at Rs.3000 per room/per night.

Total cost for 6 nights will be Rs.18,000 per room.

Cost includes accommodation & Breakfast.

Transport:  Mahatmas have to arrange their own transport.

Booking:  Part booking of rooms will not be possible. 

Mahatmas have to book and pay for six nights.
