Hotel Accommodation:

• This year, the Registration and Hotel booking was done directly through our website https://usevents.dadabhagwan.org
• If this was done successfully you would have already received a Hotel Confirmation email from [email protected]. You will not be receiving any emails from the designated Hotels with room confirmation information. 
• You can also print a copy of your Hotel confirmation by logging into your account on our website and clicking ‘Click here to print’ on the Event Registration Summary page.
• Please note: The last day to cancel your hotel room without any charge is May 15th, 2017. For any room cancellations/name changes/room swaps after this date, the Hotel will charge a one-night room rate plus tax to the credit card provided at the time of reserving your room. If you decide to cancel your room, please email us at [email protected]
• Please note: For mahatma who are still looking to reserve rooms, as they missed their opportunity earlier, please do email us at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to help you!

Please DO NOT CALL the HOTEL directly to make any changes – be it to dates, rooms, etc. We will not be able to help you, incase of any issues during your check-in.
