The South East Gurupurnima team is extremely pleased to inform that we have had an overwhelming response for the upcoming 2018 Gurupurnima in Jacksonville. 

As the hotel booking will start in 3 weeks (1st week of march), we thought this is a good time to touch-base and share some important changes in the hotel booking process (changed from last year) as below:

1. Starting 1st week of march, you will receive an email with instruction to book your hotel room. You will be able to modify hotel check-in/check-out date at the time of booking your room. This email will be SENT at the email address used to login and register your family for Gurupurnima 2018 event. 

Note: Your credit card information will not be stored in the database of Dada Bhagwan event database. It will be stored in Stripe, Passkey and Hotel's reservation system.

2. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the Passkey's confirmation number once your hotel room is booked with the credit card details.

3. June 1st 2018 is an important date to keep in mind. 

Why:

• Any CANCELLATIONS after June 1st 2018, WILL BE CHARGED a one-time non-refundable charge of US $150 on the credit card used to book the hotel room.
• You can MODIFY your hotel check-in & check-out dates, Gurupurnima event arrival & departure dates by yourself before June 1st 2018.
• You can CANCEL your hotel room WITHOUT A PENALTY on/before June 1st 2018.

To modify or cancel your hotel room before June 1st, 2018, simply click on the link provided in the confirmation email received after booking the hotel room with your credit card.

Please be extremely sure before cancelling your room. Once a Hotel room is cancelled there is no way to re-instate the cancelled hotel reservation.  In the event, you have cancelled your room, you will have to follow the process of requesting hotel room again on the same website, should you need a hotel room.

4. Please DO NOT CONTACT the Hotel for any changes/requests/cancellations. All requests will be handled through the website: https://usevents.dadabhagwan.org/
