The North East Region is very excited to send out an update regarding the Hotel Room Reservation.

This year there is a slight change in how the rooms are going to be reserved and we are happy to announce that you should be receiving a personalized Room Reservation email very soon. Everyone will get a room. 
 
Hotel Room Allocation Information:

• Starting from the 2nd week of March 2017 onwards, personalized emails will be sent to all mahatmas who have registered on the usevents website and requested Hotel rooms.
• The emails will be sent out in batches similar to last year.
• The email will be sent from [email protected], so please add this email address in your contact/address book.
• Once you receive that email, you will have 7 days to provide your credit card details and book your assigned room(s).
• Hotel Rooms are allocated based on persons who have registered on the US Events website for GP 2017 and received a 2017 GP Registration Confirmation number; The room(s) are assigned based on the Room Type you have requested on the Hotel Room page.

The email you will received, will have a ROOM RESERVATION LINK. Please follow below steps to book your room(s):

1. Click on the Room Reservation Link; It should load the US Events website's login page.
2. Log in to your USEVENTS account with your correct credentials. Once you login, you should see the Hotel Room(s) you requested, along with the members staying in the rooms, hotel name and type of room(s).  
3. Please verify all details on the page, especially the check-in/ check-out dates before checking the box that says “Book this room”. Your information regarding special needs like Roll-away bed/Room close to Elevator, etc. will be sent to Hotel reservation system once you click 'Book My Room(s) button' on this page.
4. Enter your credit card details, billing address and contact phone number.
5. Click on 'Book My Room(s)' button.
6. Once the rooms are successfully booked, you will see a page with a Hotel Room confirmation number.
7. You should also receive an email with the same information. You can either print the page or save the copy of the email, as you will need to provide this information at the event registration/check-in desk when you arrive at the hotel.
