The Canada Dadabhagwan Parivar would like to send out an update regarding the Hotel Room Reservation process.
We are working on the process of Hotel Room Bookings.
No emails have been sent out as yet regarding this information.
We are hoping to finalize this and you should be receiving personalized emails from us sometime in February 2016.
Hotel emails will be sent out in Batches, as we do not want to overwhelm the Reservation department at the Hotel. Once you receive this email, you will have 7 days within which to call and book your assigned room. Details of which will be provided in the Hotel email.
If you do not receive an email from us by February 27th 2016, kindly please follow up with us regarding receipt of our Hotel email. In the meantime, please bear with us.
In our personalized email, you will be provided with the
- Hotel Reservation Telephone Number
- Hotel Room Confirmation Code
You will call the number given to you, and book your room. The Hotel will require that you provide them with a valid credit card to make your reservation.
Any rooms that were booked at any Hotel prior to this email have been automatically cancelled.
We appreciate your co-operation and patience in this matter.
