July 6 (PM): Pujyashree's Welcome and Satsang
July 9 (PM): Gnan Vidhi
July 10: Gurupurnima Pujan & Darshan
July 11 (AM): Gurupurnima event ends (post-lunch)
Travel Tips 
  • Plan to arrive at the hotel on July 6th before 4:00 pm EST and depart from the hotel on July 11 after 1:00 pm EST.
  • Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) is approx. 22 min drive from the main hotel.
  • For those going on the Akram cruise, your check-out date from the hotel should be July 12th.
2025 Gurupurnima registration process:

The 2025 GP registration will be a multi-phased approach. The 3 phases include:

Phase-1: Initial Registration Preferences selection, Accommodation request

Phase-2: Hotel Room Reservation  

Phase-3: Arrival/Departure plans & Food Preferences

After each phase, you'll receive an email confirmation. When a new phase is ready, you'll be notified via email to return to the MMS portal and move on to the next step. Your Gurupurnima registration will be considered complete once all three phases are finished successfully.

Phase-1: Initial Registration Preferences selection, Accommodation request:

The new and revised Gurupurnima Registration website is the MMS portal. Click here to login and  register. (The US events website used previously, is now officially decommissioned and will no longer be active for any US event registrations.)

Note: 

  • You can use the same login username and password credentials to log into the MMS portal If you have previously registered for the Akram Cruise or the 2024 Canada Shibir.

  • If you have not previously created an account on this website, please follow these steps:

    • Create an Account on the MMS portal by clicking on the “Sign In to Register” button and sign up as a new user

    • Once you have created your profile, and added family members, you can proceed to Phase-1 of the Gurupurnima registration process.

Phase-2: Hotel Room Reservation:

The Hotel Room Reservation process will be opened in late January 2025. Please keep an eye out for this email with further instructions to follow.

Note: Due to our Hotel contractual obligations, a 3-night non-refundable deposit to be charged to a credit card, per room, at the time of the Hotel Room Reservation is in effect.

Phase-3: Arrival/Departure Plans and Food Preferences:

In late May 2025, you will be requested to confirm your arrival/departure dates and food preferences in the MMS portal.
