We are pleased to announce the Germany 2021 satsang program registration is now open.

If you are interested in joining the above Germany program, please ensure you register yourself using the link below. 

 

Before registering, please ensure you check the availability of flights:

Confirmation of your attendance will only be done AFTER your payment has been received.

 

The cost per person is estimated to be as below:

€ 625 per person on twin sharing basis

€ 750 per person on single sharing basis

 

Payments have to be made in Euros only.

 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • 5 nights hotel at Willingen
  • Breakfast, lunch & dinner at Willingen
  • Airport transfers to & from Willingen at below scheduled times

 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

  • Flights (we are not doing any group bookings)
  • Any sightseeing

 

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Below are the only bus services arranged to and from the airports.

Mahatmas should book their flights accordingly or arrange their own taxis.

-    28th October 2021 - 3:00pm from Frankfurt airport (FRA) to Willingen (2hrs drive)

-    2nd November 2021 - 6:00am from Willingen to Frankfurt Airport (FRA) (2.5hrs drive)

Mahatmas that choose to travel by taxi or other arrangements will bear the additional cost. 

Part refund will not be made.

 

PUJYASHREE FLIGHT DETAILS

Below are the flights Pujyashree will be travelling on:

  -   28th October 2021 - Lufthansa - LH905 - Depart LHR 11:30 & Arrive FRA 14:05

  -   2nd November 2021 - Qatar - QR070 - Depart FRA 10:30 for India

 

COVID SAFETY

Every single mahatma attending the Germany event MUST register individually, as we need to capture your vaccination certificate.

Please ensure that you have a valid passport, visa, and double vaccination certificate plus any other travel documents to travel to Germany. All mahatmas will have to do a COVID 19 test at the hotel in Willingen.

Any mahatma found to be COVID positive during the event will be required to check-out of the hotel immediately.

 

Last day for registrations is Thursday, 30th September 2021.
